A space dedicated to recipes that are copycats of pre-op foods. None of these are everyday or even every week foods, but as once in a while treats, they fit well into a bariatric lifestyle.
In general, I don't recommend continuing to pine for carb-bombs or junk food, but hey, sometimes you've just got a craving you need to satisfy.
